The top ball is made of pure surgical steel, and you can have it in the color of your choice. Choose from four amazing colors. The labret post is made of the safe material PTFE, the best choice for piercings that haven’t undergone the healing process yet.
The top ball measures only 1/8" (3 mm) in diameter and is completely round. An external thread is screwed into the bottom post to fix it.
