Description
This ring is made of surgical steel and has a bar gauge of 20g (0.8 mm) and a diameter of 5/16" (8 mm), which makes it perfect for a nose piercing. To insert and remove the ring, twist the ends in opposite directions, like a spiral. This method will prevent it from deforming.
