The labrets you can see in the picture are available in two different lengths. Besides, as you can see, you can choose from four different colors. Common to all the models is that they are made of surgical steel and have subsequently been dyed with a process called PVD, which is a more durable color than a regular coating.
Also common is the clear stone in the front and the internal thread, which is screwed into the bar. The fact that they are internally threaded is an advantage over an external thread, where the thread can scrape or tear the inside of your piercing hole - an internal thread will prevent this.
