A belly button ring doesn't have to consist of a top ball and a slightly larger bottom ball. It can also be, as in this case, a more creative piece with something extra in the design. The top ball is not only internally threaded, but it also features a flower-shaped screw-on ball with a small stone in the center. The flower is screwed into the 3/8" (10 mm) curved bar.
