This piece is halfway between a nose screw and a nose stud. It holds an L-shaped bar, with a straight angle, that sits in the nostril. On the outer part, it has a small cross that is slightly curved. This allows it to sit securely on your nose and even make it look like a nose cuff. The bar is joined to the upper part of the cross from behind. From that point to the straight angle, there is an approximate distance of 5/16" (8 mm), and from there to the end of the bar about 1/4" (6 mm) more.

This nose stud is made of surgical steel, and all the models are identical, except for the color. Pick the color you prefer from the drop-down list above. As you can see in the picture, all the crosses are studded with tiny stones.
