At first, I was skeptical about whether the length of the rod could be a problem, but you can easily cut it down and create a thread with a metal ball (be careful, not too tight, or it will break), so I just shortened it, it went smoothly and now it fits perfectly :). The balls are also a bit too big for my liking, but the additional information actually describes the size exactly, so I should have known that beforehand. The piercing is very beautiful.

Here is a fabulous tongue barbell that glows in the dark. Choose from six different colors on the right of the picture.
This tongue barbell is made of acrylic, a very soft and flexible material that is safe for your teeth and gums. Acrylic also has the advantage that it doesn't contain harmful substances such as nickel, etc.
The bar has a length of 5/8" (16 mm), the standard size of tongue barbells. However, you can shorten it if it's too long for you. After cutting a small piece, you will need to screw the bar into a metallic ball to cut the thread pattern so that you can screw it back into the acrylic balls.
