It takes just a little bit of machining before you can use this piece of jewelry. In return, you will have a custom made nose ring. The only thing it requires is a tool that can bend metal. Decide where you want to flex and bend it, and whether you want the bar to have a rounded end or a 90-degree bend. 

The bar is 3/4" (19 mm) long. It's available in two gauge sizes or thicknesses and with three different stone sizes. 

It's made of titanium, which is known to be a hard material. Therefore, get a pair of pliers so that you don't end up ruining your jewelry.
